Graduate Student ProfileI am a full-time Purdue employee managing a database and reporting tool for faculty member activities called Digital Measures. I began my doctoral program in the University of Florida’s Higher Education Administration and Policy department, with a concentration in quantitative methods in the Research and Evaluation Methods department. I transferred my studies to Purdue. My dissertation project is to develop and validate a survey instrument to be administered to alumni of youth development organizations with the results to be used by organizational leaders to inform strategic decision-making.
