Are you from a non-farm background but would like farm and research experience? The PACE program is for you!

PACE is open to undergraduate students enrolled in a baccalaureate degree program through the College of Agriculture who have completed between 12-100 credits at the Purdue-Main Campus by the start of the program. Students with a GPA of at least 3.0 will be given preference for acceptance into the program and funding.

PACE participants will receive $4800 for the 11-week program and are expected to engage in research activities approximately 40 hours per week. The majority of the time should be spent on the farm(s). Funding for up to 5 students is available. Students are responsible for securing their own housing.

If you know the faculty member you would like to work with and the name of the project, please provide this information on the application. If not, you can still apply to the program and we will try to match you with a faculty member based on your interest, PAC location and list of available projects.

The deadline for applications is March 9, 2016.
