A 2-week non-degree mini MBA program at Purdue University, “Applied Management Principles Program for Graduate Students in Engineering and Science,” is available to Ph.D. students in Food Science. This program fee of $800/student is shared by the College of Agriculture and the Department of Food Science. The program areas include: managerial accounting; human resource, financial, marketing, and strategic management; and entrepreneurship. Typically, each year, two Ph.D. students in our graduate program are selected for this very valuable program.
