Colton Underwood

Colton Underwood grew up on a farm in West Lafayette and came to Purdue as a Food Science Undergraduate in August 2014. In May 2015, he joined Jill Blume and Dr. Christian Butzke as an assistant both in the lab for wine analysis and through the Indy International Wine Competition. He currently plans to graduate in the Spring of 2018 and pursue a career as a winemaker. His special interests include cold weather grape hybrids and viticultural techniques to grow vinifera varieties in suboptimal climates.
