Angie assists in managing and operating the sensory evaluation lab by working with outside food companies, graduate students, and undergraduate students as the "customers". She assists with setting up the test questionnaires, scheduling and managing the tests, analyzing the data, and preparing the finals reports. She also trains and supervises undergraduate students who assist in the sensory lab.
