·         Create and execute the Global Swine Marketing Plan
·         Lead and facilitate the Global Swine council
·         Execute the Global Marketing Strategy through collaboration with Regional Marketing, Affiliate leadership, and Global Account Managers
·         Connect and coordinate with the marketing network - Elanco Knowledge Solutions, Market research, Launch Leaders, Technical Leadership
Basic Qualifications
·         Bachelor degree
·         2 years Swine Industry Experience/Background
·         Sales, marketing, and/or technical service experience in animal protein production or related businesses
·         Ability to translate strategic direction into tangible, relevant actions and programs
·         Ability to effectively communicate through multiple mediums globally
·         Ability to influence and gain commitment to execute the strategy by internal stakeholders, without line management authority
·         Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Lilly does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this employment position
Additional Skills/Preferences
·         Masters degree
·         Experience with animal health biologicals
Additional Information
Must be able to travel internationally for periods between a few days and up to 2-3 weeks at a time. Must be willing to accommodate international colleagues' schedules through periodic late night/early morning telephone, video conference, or other real time communications mediums
