Grain Elevator Outside Operations Superintendent – Northeast Illinois, 5359
Rail loading grain location needs an experienced leader to take charge of the outside operations at this facility.  Must also be capable of coming inside and running the scales and helping out as needed. 
Must desire to develop a team atmosphere and be willing to grab a shovel and jump in and get dirty and help do whatever is needed.  Solid experience in all aspects of grain operations is a must (loading, unloading, blending, maintenance, etc.).

Grain Equipment Territory Sales – Indiana / Midwest, 5432
The Regional Sales Manager would be responsible for the sales of automated, industrial scale equipment and other automation services for the grain and bulk materials industries. Knocking on doors and cold calling is very vital to this position to generate new clients and expand customer base in the marketing area. This position also requires developing business and marketing plans, maintaining accurate records, and identifying solutions for customers.
The ideal candidate must have experience with IT systems, automation and / or industrial sales, and have extensive experience in all aspects of customer service to build relationships. He / She must demonstrate the ability to build trust, communicate effectively, solve problems, and demonstrate high integrity. This person must be a self-starter and be motivated to generate revenue for the company. An understanding of grain accounting is a huge plus.
Proven sales experience in the automated solutions field must be at least five years. Overnight travel will be about 40% of the time.

Grain Originator / Assistant Location Manager - East Central Illinois, 5314
Multi-location grain elevator in east central Illinois is seeking a highly motivated team player for this important position in their company.  The successful candidate will originate corn and soybeans, manage logistics for truck and rail shipments, and assist in the hedging of grain.  Must enjoy developing and maintaining relationships with producers and have a strong commitment to customer service as well as safety.  Candidates should have an agricultural background, a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in cash grain procurement, and knowledge of grain logistics, software, and hedging.  Must have at least a 2 year ag degree; a BS degree (from an ag college) is preferred.  $45-57,500.  Contact  Dave Allen

An individual in this position must demonstrate the ability to communicate ideas to senior-level leadership.  The ideal candidate would possess extensive lean manufacturing skills with specific experience in cellular manufacturing models.

A leading agriculture equipment manufacturer in central Iowa is pursuing an experienced Quality Engineer who enjoys systematic problem solving and hands-on application.  This position involves working directly with Quality Assurance, Warranty, and Service personnel to collect and analyze data.

Strong communication skills will be necessary.  This position is best suited for individuals who have the confidence needed to interact directly with growers as well as the ability to sell new ideas to design engineers.  Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and heavy metal welding will be preferred.
