The goal of Frito Lay’s internship program is to provide students with the opportunity to leverage their academic understanding in a real-world, business-driven environment. During this internship experience, you will have hands-on and professional sales management training, as well as gain an overview of our business, including Frito-Lay Region and Zone business initiatives, key account management processes, route training and merchandising of our direct store delivery (DSD) distribution system, exposure to financial sales management, people management, and a specific project(s) designed by your sponsor.
