Natalie van Hoose

Natalie van Hoose has been the research news writer for the College of Agriculture since the summer of 2013. Before joining the Department of Agricultural Communication, she taught undergraduate composition and creative writing courses in the English Department. She has also worked as a language instructor in the Czech Republic, a farm laborer in South Africa, the Audio Archives editor for Sycamore Review and has waited tables in three states. A native of Cocoa Beach, Florida, she earned a Master of Fine Arts degree in creative writing from Purdue University and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in entomology from the University of Florida.
