Description

This workshop is for food processors that are processing or are thinking of processing foods aseptically. It’s designed to give participants basic knowledge about the development and operation of an aseptic system. The workshop will include both lecture and hands-on laboratory formats. Enrollment will be limited to 44 participants. Online registration is www.conf.purdue.edu/Aseptic. The program fee is $1,795, which includes a program notebook, two dinners and beverage breaks. Other meals and lodging are not included. A block of rooms has been reserved in the Union Club Hotel at the Purdue Memorial Union for the program and rates are between $94 and $119.
