Angel H Aguiar

Agricultural Economics

Dr. Angel Aguiar is a Research Economist and Data Base Construction Specialist in Center for Global Trade Analysis. He is responsible for the regional data in the GTAP Data Base.  He also teaches at the GTAP Short Course, the Dynamic GTAP Course, and the IO Contribution Course. His research interests include the analysis of international trade issues using economic modeling. 

Angel earned his Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University, a M.S. in Agricultural Economics from the University of Idaho, and a Bachelor in Business and Economics from the University of Idaho. Angel began his Economics course work at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador.
